Bart K. Palaszewski (born May 30, 1983 in Warsaw, Poland) is a professional mixed martial arts fighter. He fought for the Quad City Silverbacks of the now defunct International Fight League.

BioEdit

After emigrating from Poland with his family, Palaszewski was unsure about what he wanted to do in life. He trained some, worked as a photographer and graphic designer and other computer-related jobs. Then, after seeing his first MMA event at a show in McHenry, Illinois, Palaszewski was hooked.[1] He lost his first four professional fights, but has a record of 33-9 since April 2003.

Palaszewski fought Anthony Pettis on December 19, 2009 at WEC 45[2] and won the fight via decision.

Palaszewski most recently faced Karen Darabedyan on March 6, 2010 at WEC 47[3], winning via armbar in the first round.

Personal lifeEdit

Bart and his wife Jen have a daughter named Natalia who was born in August 2007.[4] Bart and his girlfriend Jen were married on November 15, 2008.[5] Template:-
