Early lifeEdit

Evan was born to Bob and Delyn Dunham.

Mixed Martial ArtsEdit

Dunham made his professional debut in 2007, he had five fights total in 2007. After winning six straight, Dunham was invited to fight for Palace Fighting Championship, a mid-size organization. Dunham won his fight over Dustin Akbari and remained undefeated.

Ultimate Fighting ChampionshipEdit

Dunham made his UFC debut February 21 of 2009 against Per Eklund at UFC 95. Evan Dunham knocked out Per Eklund with a straight left at 2:14 of round 1.

Dunham had his second fight in the UFC when he defeated returning veteran, Marcus Aurelio at UFC 102. Dunham showed quick & accurate striking skills, and displayed some excellent submission defense against the seasoned grappler, he won the fight by split decision (29-28, 28-29, 30-27).

Dunham's third fight was against The Ultimate Fighter 8 winner, Efrain Escudero on January 11, 2010 at UFC Fight Night 20 with the fight being the co-main event. Evan won in the third round using an armbar submission that nearly broke Efrain's arm. The submission even earned him an extra $30,000 for winning Submission of the Night.

His next fight is expected to be against Xtreme Couture teammate, Tyson Griffin at UFC 115 in Vancouver, Canada.

Dunham was recently awarded his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt.
